Noise and Health

This report from the committee on Noise and Health of the Health Council of the Netherlands reviews the results of scientific research into the effects of noise on health. The report evaluates the evidence for causal relationships between exposure to noise and scpecific health effects. Trends are given for the extent of noise exposure in the Netherlands and effects of this exposure in the population are estimated.
